This site is an archive of US Supreme Court cases which were kept by the US Air Force for the period 1937-1975. A good place to find time honored law.

Federal - Code of Federal Regulations

A complete text of the federal rules as adopted by federal agencies compiled by the National Archives and Records Administration and containing a key word search engine.

Federal - Internet Legal Resource Guide

A categorized index of more than 4000 select web sites in 238 nations, islands, and territories, as well as thousands of locally stored web pages, legal forms, and downloadable files, this site was established in 1995 to serve as a comprehensive resource of the information available on the Internet concerning law and the legal profession, with an emphasis on the United States of America. Designed for everyone, lay persons and legal scholars alike, it is quality controlled to include only the most substantive legal resources online.

Federal - United States Circuit Court of Appeals

A complete searchable data base of federal court decisions organized by federal circuit maintained by the Legal Information Institute. In this site you may search all of the federal opinions which are available on the web with one key word search. You may also search by party name. Truly an excellent site.

Federal - United States Code

A complete text of the United States Code containing all of the federal laws also prepared and maintained by the Legal Information Institute. This site provides 5 ways to search the code. It also has code amendments. Both are excellent entry points for federal research.

Federal - United States Constitution, Statutes and Codes

A complete text of the U.S. Constitution, Statutes and Codes as compiled by the Legal Information Institute of the Cornell law school. This version has complete table of contents and a strong search engine. This site also has links to the constitutions of each of the 50 states.

Federal - United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit

This site contains the opinions and rules for the 11th Ciruit Court of Appeals which includes the state of Florida and a keyword search engine. It also allows searches by first or second party name. The site is maintained by the Emory University Law School and is also an excellent research resource.

Federal Resources from the Government Printing Office (GPO)

The U.S. Government Printing Office disseminates official information from all three branches of the Federal Government.

Florida Bar Association

This is the official entry to the web site of the Florida Bar Association. The site contains a wealth of information on the regulation of attorneys and provides several helpful tools designed to help citizens find attorneys. It also provides a description of the sections of the Florida Bar and an entry to member services.

Florida Law Weekly

The Florida Law Weekly is a reporter of Florida Supreme Court opinions which can be key word searched from 1995 through the present. The search requires registration and a password. The key advantage to this site is that it is kept up to date and contains the most recent decisions of the Florida Supreme Court.
